Summer Spine Stories
Over the past few years more and more Caminos have been experiencing all the new distances and events being offered by the Montane Spine team. There was a time when most of our Camino community were exclusively signing up to experience the Winter Spine more and more of them have been taking on the Summer version. ARC PROJECT - Can a 24 hour treadmill run restore your mojo?
In the age of social media you are either on or off. If you are into running and 'on' then you probably saw the images of 160 runners inside a West London film studio taking part in a non-stop 24 hour treadmill event. Caminos in the (MDS) Desert
